While we still offer all the tenant/buyer needs to locate, we now have a division to help the retail or office owner lease and manage their buildings. We take the same dedicated outlook on behalf of the property owner in securing the highest quality tenants. We research the demographics of the building and go about contacting the perfect business to fill the needs of the community. Now we have taken the final step in servicing all your Real Estate needs. We have added a Residential arm to the company. Not only are we dedicated in the traditional transactions, we represent Investors who buy homes on behalf of “end user” and sell them to buyers who may have the income to purchase, but during this last economic turn, have lost their credit rating.
